ACQUISITION SERVICES
Our deal finding team of sponsors include an in-house real estate professional, registered architect, registered interior designer, and a commercial general contractor. This team works in collaboration with our best-in-industry strategic partners to define the criteria, find properties, and foster relationships with brokers to find “off market” deals.
PROPRIETARY ANALYZER TOOL & INVESTMENT BANKER
Our underwriting team includes a FINRA Registered Investment Banker, who utilizes a best-in-industry proprietary deal analyzer tool to conservatively underwrite potential deals; whereby, evaluating and considering a variety of information to determine if the market value is supported and rental income generates sufficient cash flow to support expenses to operate the property and the debt service.
THOROUGH DUE DILIGENCE TEAM
Our in-house team of design professional, Investment Bankers, Commercial General Contractor, and Asset Managers allow us to complement the expertise of a 3rd party due diligence team and local Property Manager during the financial audit, property condition assessment, market survey, environmental inspection, and walk-throughs of every unit.

Our asset management team brings experience, know-how, and best practices to on-site project management. Our asset manager utilizes the latest software tools, construction scheduling, analysis, and project management experience in order to maximize revenue potential of each property and identify new methods of creating longer-term additional value in the asset.
